but both our society morals and our company policies don't always afford that "luxury". Society morals, you got the sniffles, weak, will give Jack the presentation to give to the client on Friday since you were out Monday/Tuesday. He worked hard on it.

Hi, John, Welcome to the Company you get 3 weeks of leave FOR EVERYTHING. Not a big deal when you are single, but when you have to stay home with kids. Forget it.
